As a professional Life Coach, I work with people from all walks of life who are ready to take a step forward in their own journey, and are interested in discovering – or re-discovering – who they are and what they most want to create in their lives.
Although I work with a variety of people, my primary niche is working with women (and some men) who have recently ended long-term relationships and are looking to discover who they are again, post-break-up. Many times, I coach them through the letting-go process so they are ready to move forward in their lives on every level.
I have studied with gifted teachers who were ahead of the curve, teaching the philosophies of Abraham Hicks and Carolyn Myss long before they were fashionable. I received my CPC (Certified Professional Coach) accreditation through iPEC, one of the few programs that has been accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, I have recently become an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, which enables me to debrief individuals on the Energy Leadership Index Assessment.
My strength lies in my ability to see beyond the obvious. To understand who someone is and intuitively guide them in the direction of their dreams. I draw upon the sum of my experience – my creative life, my rational mind - and with you, draw an outline of a picture for you to paint yourself.

"Tracy's kind, gentle coaching approach kept me on a path of thinking bigger, setting and achieving goals, and moving forward. Our coaching relationship has added great value to my life." - Marla G.
"Tracy is an Amazing Coach! First of all, I really get that she hears me, that she GETS me. How rare that is today! Next, she asks really amazing questions that get me thinking about why I do the things I do and give me insight into my own behavior, and that makes me feel empowered. Finally, she encourages me and validates me when I've accomplished something, and that gives me the strength to keep going. Tracy has helped me set my life back on course, and for that I am forever grateful!" - George M.
